A workshop was held on Saturday February 18 at St. Lukes United Methodist
Church in Danville from 9:30 to 3:30. There were 20 members present. Ann Roth
and Mr. Sandy Motley were in charge of the pattern. Everyone brought fat
quarters, we divided up into team, some cut, some sewed, some pressed. We all
worked on the layout of the quilt center. The center is complete, just needs
boarders and quiltin.g This quilt we be donated to "God's Pit Crew". They will
raffle the quilt to help raise much needed revenue. Everyone brought a bag lunch,
drinks were supplied by hospitality. This was our first of many workshops this
year. Thanks to all who where able to attend and those who sent fabric.
